Policies & Guidelines

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Check-Out Time: 1:00 pm
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and will attract an additional charge.
  • The booking representative must be present at check-in to sign the agreement and oversee the handover of the property.

Reservation & Payment Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 100% full payment.
  • Payment options: Bank transfer, POS, or approved digital platforms.
  • Payment is non-refundable.
  • No-shows are charged the full booking fee.

Guest Conduct & Resort Etiquette

Your booking grants your group exclusive use of

the property during your stay. We ask that you:

  • Use all resort facilities and amenities responsibly, leaving them in the condition you found them.
  • Supervise all members of your group, including children, especially around pools, wildlife, and elevated areas.
  • Respect the cultural art pieces, décor, and natural landscape — they are part of the resort’s identity.
  • Treat resort staff with courtesy and cooperate with safety instructions.
  • Avoid unlawful activities, damage to property, or any action that could endanger people, wildlife, or the environment.

Wildlife & Nature Interaction

The resort is home to socially approachable wildlife such as ostriches, peacocks, turtles and monkeys. For everyone’s safety:

  • No unsupervised feeding or handling of animals.
  • Maintain a respectful distance and follow staff guidance during interactions.
  • Do not litter; use provided waste bins to protect the ecosystem.

Use of Facilities

  • Pools: Proper swimwear is required; no glass containers near pools.
  • Lounge & Event Spaces: Available for your private use; large events must be pre-approved.
  • Smoking & Drinking: Only in designated areas.
  • Decor & Setup: Any event decorations or rearrangements must be discussed with management beforehand.

Property Care & Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is provided between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Safety & Security

  • The resort has 24/7 security, but guests should secure rooms when unattended.
  • Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are available; please review their locations upon arrival.
  • Weapons, fireworks, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • Emergency assistance is available.

Photography, Filming & Media

  • Personal photography is welcome throughout the resort
  • Professional shoots, including drone usage, require written approval and may attract additional fees.
  • Privacy of all guests and staff must be respected
  • The resort reserves the right to use guest photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested

Liability and Insurance

I understand and agree that:

  • I stay at the resort at my own risk
  • The resort maintains high safety standards but is not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by personal and proven negligence
  • I am responsible for my own travel and health insurance
  • The resort is not responsible for items left behind after checkout

Additional Policies

  • Pets are not permitted unless pre- approved
  • Outside catering requires management approval and may attract additional charges.
  • Noise levels must be respectful to wildlife and neighboring properties
  • The resort reserves the right to terminate stay for policy violations
